Great Grass Fed, Grass Finished Meat!  Get 1/4 of a Yak!!  Our best value.  This will yield at least 85 lbs of meat per quarter, but we normally provide 90 lbs of boneless meat per Yak Quarter and will include approximately the following, but please realize not every quarter will have this exact mix and # of cuts:

4 Tenderloin Steaks, 6 oz.

4 Ribeye Steaks, 12 oz.

4 New York Steaks, 10 oz.

4 Top Sirloin Steaks, 8 oz.

4 Yak Skirt Steak, 5 oz.

4 Yak Chuck Roasts, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs.

~8 Stew Meat,1 lb Packages

~40 Yak Burger, 1 lb Packages

Can also include Yak Bratwurst, Yak Breakfast Sausage, Yak Chorizo, Yak Italian Sausage, Yak Jerky, Yak Short Ribs, and other specialty items.

If you have a preference or would prefer now to receive some of these cuts, please let us know.

Weights will vary, but our Yak Quarters will generally average 85 - 90 lbs of meat in total.  If we have to ship this to you, we normally ship in 2 large insulated coolers via FedEx Ground.  We ship every Monday, and can provide a tracking #, please let us know any special shipping instructions.  If are along the Front Range of Colorado or surrounding areas, we can often deliver your quarter or meet you somewhere convenient.  If you pay for shipping and can meet us....we will provide more meat to adjust for our reduce costs for shipping.  

We can also ship your meat via Frozen LTL Carrier if you order at least 300 lbs., which would mean you would need to order at least 4 quarters, then we can ship nationwide on a frozen pallet and that works best for shipping large quantities.  We can quote and charge you the exact shipping cost if this is the case.  You can combine forces with your friends and family to meet the 300 lb minimum for frozen LTL, .  This will normally take at least 1 whole yak but the cost will generally run $ .60 to $ 1.00 lb to ship to most locations in the continental US when you ship in bulk with a Frozen LTL Carrier.  You will pay the exact shipping cost, we will have to get a quote for you once your Yak Meat order has been confirmed and paid for.   Being all grass fed animals, we prefer to harvest most of our yaks around the first through the end of November, with most of our Grass Fed Yaks being harvested from September - February each year.  This is when we prefer to harvest and supply the quarters and a late fall harvest will generally yield the best quality Yak Meat.  We also give a little bit of a discount for Yak Halves ~ $1,750 and Yak Wholes  ~$3,450, and we base those prices on the live weight of the animal.
